Before We Get Started

First let's go over some ground rules to make sure that you understand how this program will work. Each day of your detox you will unlock a new day's worth of content. You should have access to the shopping list for the week's program on the day that you first sign up for the program. The next day after you sign up then your first day of the detox program will unlock. Once the last day of the program has unlocked then the entire program will remain unlocked for 60 days before you lose access to the program.

To keep you engaged in the detox we thought it would be a great idea to add a reward for actually completing every step in your program, doing your homework and logging your progress. You will notice that most activities in this class comes with a point value. Even logging in for the day and reviewing the content will get you points! Every month for all of the students who have registered for this detox class during that month we will tally up the points earned. The cutoff date for each monthly drawing is on the 23rd of every month (except February when it is the 20th) to allow you the maximum time to earn your points. If you have enrolled for this class after the 23rd (or 20th if Feb.) then you will be included for the next month's drawing. For those students who earn more than 200 points in their program will earn the monthly wellness gift that they will be able to use to celebrate their success! You will get an opportunity to earn points everyday just by logging in daily as well as completing the daily exercises.

Each day is broken down in terms of what recipes that you need for that day, a mind-body exercise worksheet activity and a wellness learning opportunity. You will get a copy of your submissions for your worksheet activities via email once you submit your work so that you may have it to use as a reference for support and reflection for inner clarity.
