What's The Tea?

What's The Tea? (straight from Dr. K)

The main thing that I want you to remember as you go through this program is that EVERYONE is unique! Although I'm going to teach you tenets of PCOS nutrition and what things are balancing in regards to this particular condition your body is an individual work of art. As such I want you to keep in mind that although everyone will respond to changes that are incorporated not everyone will respond the same way to every single change. This best example of this is the type of "diet" that you currently eat. You will notice as you go through this program that I have formulated the structure to focus more on nutritional tenets as opposed to following one particular type of diet for several reasons.

Not all PCOS types are the same therefore not every person with PCOS will respond to the same type of diet. Some will do better with a completely plant based diet while others will not see full control of their condition without incorporation of certain animal and organ meats. Not to mention that you may already have a dietary style that you like for example vegetarian, vegan, keto or paleo just to name a few. So rather than making you artificially conform to a specific set of menus and diet plans you will see that this program is structured to optimize whatever diet that you currently follow. Now you will need to adjust that diet to incorporate the Breakthrough principles but this way you will be able to configure the program into to one that is personalized to you!

TIP:

The truth is we eat with our eyes so rather than presenting you with a boring list of menus and shopping lists you will have access to secret Pinterest boards with recipe ideas and recipe modifications. Everyone will have access to the general Breakthrough board and you will also have access to a secret board or board group of your choosing based on the current dietary style you are following or that I have recommended.
