Personalizing Your Steps

Feel free to make this program your own! You do not have to progress through each step in order---we actually recommend reviewing all of the steps and then choosing the one that you think will be easiest for you to start doing. Once you have chosen a step we recommend focusing on incorporating that step in your life EVERY DAY for 21 days to cement the habit. Once you have been consistent with a step for 3 weeks then it's time for you to pick your next step.

Your body is a complete unit--by that we mean that what affects one part of the body has an impact on the whole. For example changes that you make in your gut can affect your mood. You will notice that we have grouped the steps into sections to make it easier for you to pick an area to focus on--for example if you want to start with gut health then you want to target the steps within that section. However we do want to stress the principle that changes that you make to improve the health and strength of one area of the body has ramifications and impacts on the entire body!
